Appears to be a copy of M10/11/5/26, with additions to complete it. Two leaves from a book of smaller format have been attached at the back of it, and these contain the end of the account statement, and the signature of the magistrates. Several figures in this volume appear to be incorrect; e.g. assessments 184 onwards, 183 being duplicated; and column 11 total on page 1.
