The Lord Advocate is said to be preparing a Bill for Scotland 'with the Catechism.' If he does Lord Melgund will bring in one without the catechism. Mr. Angell expresses himself capable of making the Odd Fellows School a model school for secular education to impress the public with its benefits. Treats Mr. Angell and Mr. Williams as gentlemen. 'The low attainments of ordinary schoolmasters render them ineligible for Society, but both Mr. Williams and Mr. Angell are highly instructed men compared with their brethern, and quite fit for any ordinary society.'
