The subscribers for the society confirming the document include H. E Gaddum, Herbert Knott, R. H. D Lockhart, P. W. Gaddum, Agnes T. Hill, Alan D. Robertson, G Leader Williams, Olive C. Lockhart, Robert McDougall, L. Wynne Roberts and L. H. Gaddum. One of these booklets is a draft, which had been proof read and amended.
