File contains letters from E. Wilson and Son, Auctioneers and Valuers regarding the auction of 'Norbriggs' house in Lytham. This home was considered by the Committee as a possible replacement for the Seaside Convalescent Home, which was not considered large enough for its work. The Home was ultimately rejected over a problem with funding. The file also contains a letter from R. Johnson, Builder and Contractor over repairs to Norbrigg and Richard Lawson, a Furniture Remover. Two black and white photographs of Norbrigg are also included.
