File contains correspondence between the Society and their Solicitors regarding a potential public liability claim for a rock fall. This referred to a complaint from the Trustees of Disgwylfa Methodist Church, Penmaenrhos who stated that some large rocks had fallen onto their property from the rock face. It was claimed that the rock face must belong to the Society as Tanllwyfan borders with it. The file contains papers relating to this claim and correspondence as to who owns it.
