File contains papers relating to the rebuilding of Bethesda at Cheadle. This was due to the accommodation on George Street being outmoded and impossible to run on an economic basis. The reclining number of children being admitted to Belmont Estate made this an ideal location for Bethesda. The file contains a memorandum on the school's condition and a replacement programme, papers on the further extension of Bethesda and the possible uses of Sandon.
