File contains memorandum from a Committee meeting, regarding the risk to the Bethesda children if War broke out. This contains suggestions as to where the children could be moved and refers to the Seaside Home at Colwyn or the Belmont Estate. In the case of the latter the children already there would be moved to the Recreational Hall, Belmont House and the Sanatorium or to the Summer Camp at Birkdale freeing up the four cottages, Shaw, Gaddum, Crossley and Hayes for the use of Bethesda. The Seaside Home at Old Colwyn was decided upon however, as it was deemed a safer location.
