File contains correspondence regarding the decoration of Belmont House between the Society and Mr John Drummond Milne of the Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers Limited. This Managing Director was grandson to Mr John Dewhurst Milne, who had lived in Belmont House up until 1910 and of whom the Milnes-Perrin Sanatorium was named after. The correspondence relates to his family connections and his wish to contribute towards the decoration of the house.
