Book contains a collection of photgraphs detailing the Refuge's activities and homes from its foundation. None of the photographs have been dated but the book itself was issued in May 1934. A printed index has been provided at the front of the album detailing the main subject areas of the photographs but individual images have not been described.
Subjects covered include;
- Belmont Estate and House.
- Bethesda Home for Crippled and Incurable Children.
- Summer Camp at Southport.
- Seaside Convalescent Home both at Lytham and Tanllwyfan.
- Day Nursery on Canning Street.
- Activities at Granville House.
- Also contains portraits of prominent members of the Refuge including, Thomas R Ackroyd, Sir Robert Noton Barclay, Sir William Crossley, T. Lister Farrar and Fred Hayes.
