Writer and live artist Marisa Carr collaborated with visual artist Amanda Moss and musician and sound artist Adrian Jones to form 'Dragon Ladies'. In 1997 'Dragon Ladies' were commissioned by Chisenhale Dance Space to create the solo performance 'The Grotesque Burlesque Revue' which was performed on 25-26 July. In September and October of the same year they ran a weekly show called 'The Mutant Burlesque Revue Bar' with guest artists at an original striptease theatre in Soho.
