Archives
The so-called 'gingham diva', Chloe Poems, was first created in the 1980s as part of the cabaret act 'The Beige Experience' and was brought to life in her own right in 1994 with her first full length show, 'Knockers.' In 1997, Chloe Poems put two more shows together, 'Chloe Poems Healing Roadshow' and 'Universal Rentboy'. 'Universal Rentboy' was presented in the Grolsch Festival Tent as part queerupnorth's 1998 season on Monday 11 May. Chloe Poems was also the director of 'Drama Klub', presented by Lesbian and Gay Youth Manchester and the Peer Support Group in the Grolsch Festival Tent on Sunday 10 May.
