Brane Mozetic is one of Slovenia's leading authors and gay rights activists. He has published nine collections of poetry and three novels, translated Genet and Rimbaud and edited the gay magazine 'Revolver'. He read from his work and discussed queer life in Slovenia at Odd Bar in Manchester on Wednesday 23 May as part of queerupnorth 2007. He was interviewed by Karen Ziesler at queerupnorth'soffices on 5 Oak Street on Thursday 24 May 2007.
