Perfect Crime' is shot on the streets of Manchester and features a character prowling the streets, gun in hand, using a score originally featured in the 1970's American crime series 'Starsky and Hutch'. The film is intercut with anonymous American footage of a car chase. The video was used in Killer Disco's show 'Fame Costs', presented in the Boddington's Cream Tent on Saturday 13 September 1994.
