Ann Adeyemi donated this material to the Race Relations Resource Centre in 2010. She had suffered a brain haemorrhage in 2008 and wanted to ensure that her and her family's history was recorded for posterity. Alongside the archive donation Julie Devonald, Library Manager at the Resource Centre carried out a project with students at the University of Manchester to document Ann's life, including interviewing her and creating a poster about her life.
