Stanley Kubrick's classic adaptation of the Anthony Burgess novel of the same name starring Malcolm McDowell in the lead role as sadistic teen Alex DeLarge. Set in dystopian England, Alex is the leader of a small gang he calls his 'droogs'. Following a night of extreme violence the droogs voice their dissatisfaction with Alex's leadership and the subsequent fall-out eventually leads to his arrest. After two years of incarceration Alex behaves without fault and is selected to take part in a series of experiments designed to rid him of his violent tendencies. However, the attempted rehabilitation creates a new set of problems.
