The records begin in 1995, when queerupnorth became a limited company having previously operated as a partnership of Tanja Farman and Gavin Barlow. Some earlier records were missing presumed lost and were subsequently located: these are therefore out of chronological sequence - they are the records of meetings held 7 August 1998 (M800/1/32), 21 September 1998 (M800/1/33), 8 February 1999 (M800/1/34), 19 April 1999 (M800/1/35), 8 August 1999 (M800/1/36), papers circulated in lieu of a meeting scheduled for 27 September 1999 (M800/1/37), 29 November 1999 (M800/1/38), 18 August 2000 (M800/1/39), 24 May 2001 (M800/1/40), 16 August 2001 (M800/1/41).
