Cheetham Hill Wesleyan Circuit was formed in 1863 out of Oldham Street Wesleyan Circuit.
Cheetham Hill (Cheetham Hill Road) Rydal Mount (Waterloo Rd) High Town, Cheetham; Blackley (Exchange Street); Lower Crumpsall (previously known as Crumpsall) (Waterloo Street); Rooden Lane (afterwards Heaton Park) Bury Old Road, Prestwich Half Acre; Crumpsall Park (Lansdowne Road) Marlborough Road Mission, Cheetham.
In 1936 Leicester Road, Higher Broughton and Crumpsall (James Street) from Leicester Road ex-UM Circuit and 'Salem', Wellington Street, Higher Broughton; Cromwell Road, Pendleton and 'Zion', Blackley from Manchester North ex-UM Circuit added.
Cheetham Hill and Prestwich Circuit was formed in 1961 out of Cheetham Hill (Amalgamated ) Circuit, Gravel Lane (ex-Wesleyan) Circuit and Prestwich and Broughton (ex-Primitive Methodist) Circuit
